1. Pickup from Office or Authorized Outlet
Pickup orders can be placed at any of our official outlets.
Payment Options: Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Monday to Saturday : 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday : Closed

2. Home Delivery
Home delivery orders can be placed through our website www.drkooin.com or at the company office/outlets.
Payment Options:
Orders placed at the office: Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
Online orders: Secure payment gateway through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or digital wallets.
Delivery Fees:
Please refer to our website for applicable delivery charges.
Shipments are thoroughly checked and in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier. By signing “Received” on the delivery note, the recipient confirms that the order was received in satisfactory condition.
Do not sign if you notice damage or product shortages. Any hidden damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report within this period will be considered as acceptance of the goods in perfect condition.
3. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays after 2:30 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday.
Average delivery time ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries may not be available on Sundays or public holidays as per the policies of our logistics partners.
4. Delivery Terms
Dr. Kooin Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all products dispatched are genuine, sealed, and exactly as described on our website.
The shipping address and PIN code are verified before processing the order. In case the address is not serviceable by our logistics partners, customers may be requested to provide an alternate delivery address.
Customers are required to accept delivery of the products purchased. In case of refusal or non-acceptance, Dr. Kooin Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to assess the reason and take appropriate action — including redelivery or refund — as per the company’s refund policy.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer only after full payment and successful delivery. The company is responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration during transit until the order is delivered.
Before signing for the delivery, customers are advised to ensure that the product packaging is intact and not tampered with.
5. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from this policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Dr. Kooin Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
All arbitration and legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Ludhiana Courts (Punjab, India).
The final decision of the arbitrator will be binding on both parties. Any breach of this policy may result in legal action and recovery of damages or costs by the company.
