Dr. Kooin Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

In connection with the promotion and sale of Dr. Kooin products, each Independent Business Associate of Dr. Kooin Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Independent Business Associate shall actively promote and sell the company’s products across India. The company and its support team will assist the associate in achieving business goals.
2. The company will not bear any expenses related to office establishment, maintenance, or business operations of the Independent Business Associate.
3. The Independent Business Associate agrees to exclusively promote and sell Dr. Kooin’s products and allied tie-up products and shall not engage in promoting or selling identical or competing products. The associate must also protect and respect the company’s trademarks and intellectual property.
4. Each Independent Business Associate will be assigned a unique ID that must be quoted in all communications and transactions with the company. Communications without a valid ID and password will not be entertained. It is the associate’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
5. The company reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or terminate any associate account if required information such as KYC, PAN card, or other documents are not submitted as requested.
6. The Independent Business Associate shall act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism and maintain good relations with customers and other associates of the company.
7. All associates are required to adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, and central laws and regulations.
8. The company reserves the right to modify its terms, policies, product line, or business plan at any time with or without prior notice. Such updates will be published on the company’s official website and will be binding from the date of publication.
9. Associates must not engage in deceptive or unethical business practices or manipulate any business metrics, product pricing, or promotional structures.
10. Associates are permitted to use only official promotional materials developed or authorized by the company. Unauthorized use of company branding, logos, or materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
11. Any meetings, events, or promotional gatherings organized by the associate must comply with all applicable local and governmental regulations, and related expenses shall be borne solely by the associate.
12. No duplicate ID shall be issued against the same PAN card.
13. The Independent Business Associate confirms full understanding of the business model, marketing methods, and compensation structure as presented officially by the company. No verbal assurances or unauthorized claims shall be considered valid.
14. The relationship between the company and the associate is purely that of independent contractors. The associate is not an employee, agent, or legal representative of the company and is not authorized to collect payments on behalf of the company.
15. The associate confirms that all information provided to the company is true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of the account and legal action.
16. Associates are required to regularly visit the official website for updates or notifications issued by the company.
17. Incentives, commissions, or rewards earned are based solely on product sales volume, as per company policy. The company does not guarantee fixed income or profits.
18. All applicable statutory deductions will be made as per prevailing government laws and company norms.
19. In the event of the death of an Independent Business Associate, the nominee or legal heir (with consent from all legal heirs) may apply to continue the business by submitting the required documentation. If no consent is received within six months, the company reserves the right to terminate the ID.
20. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab (India).
